Dhiraj (Name changed) is a 46 year old guy working for a financial institute. In January this year he fell from a height of 6 feet. His bone just above the ankle was shattered in multiple pieces. He was in tears. He felt he would never walk again. We tried our best to put this jigsaw puzzle like fracture in place. There was so much bone loss that I had to put in bone grafts. He went home happy with our assurance that if everything goes well he should walk like a normal person. I was happy to see him walking without a walking aid today when he came to see.
